I’m Antoniette Vickio — Design and Innovation Manager
Driving Innovation and Crafting Future-Ready Designs
About
My passion lies in the joy of invention and strategic product growth. I conduct user-centric research to identify problems and develop solutions by combining design, marketing, and engineering. This approach creates products that meet the needs of both consumers and the company
Since obtaining my B.S. degree in Industrial Design in 2016, I’ve learned from designers in luxury aircraft, Type II medical design, and consumer packaged goods. Beyond traditional industrial design, I have worked on UX/UI projects for paid clients and hold a certification in user experience design. I enjoy cultivating strategic development for products and brand positioning while continuously learning more about business and design.
As a Design and Innovation Manager, I have had the opportunity to lead projects focused on developing individual brands. Each project provided a valuable learning experience, allowing me to expand my knowledge in various areas, including different hair types, engineering constraints and opportunities, consumer purchasing behavior, and business needs of a rapidly evolving industry. This includes knowledge of product lifecycle management, integration of cutting-edge technologies, and the importance of user experience in driving consumer engagement and loyalty.
For fun, I enjoy learning more about soccer (beginner soccer player here!), cooking nutritious or not-so-nutritious ‘experiments,’ relaxing with a good book or video game, planning may-never-happen-but-would-be-fun trips, working out and swimming, learning Japanese (and soon Mandarin!), and finding unique restaurants with friends.
